Refund policy

As our products are handcrafted to your specification, we cannot accept any cancellations once we have started to make your order, nor can we accept returns, unless the product is faulty in some way.  Please contact us with any issues and we will do our very best to help.   

Returns in line with this policy must be made within 28 days of purchase.  Please contact us immediately if you need to return an item.  We will be happy to replace or refund your purchase, less shipping costs.
