Shipping policy

All our products are made to order, to your specification, and will normally be ready for despatch or collection within 24 hours of ordering.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you confirm your country for delivery.  

We deliver Worldwide.  Our delivery partner is Royal Mail.  For orders over £95 in value, delivery is FREE, worldwide. 

UK Delivery:

For UK delivery addresses, we use Royal Mail 1^st Class service which normally takes 1 to 2 working days.  For parcels up to 1kg the cost is £3.95.  We also offer a FREE Local Collection service from our store at 15 The Buttermarket, Down Street, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland BT74 7DU.  

International Delivery:

International Customers, please note that government fees, duties, taxes, customs, Royal Mail fees etc. are your responsibility.

For delivery to addresses in Europe, we use Royal Mail International service.  For parcels up to 100g the cost is £4.95 and to 200g the cost is £5.95.  

For delivery to addresses in USA (Royal Mail World Zone 3), we use Royal Mail International service.  For parcels up to 100g the cost is £7.95 and to 200g the cost is £9.95.   

For delivery to addresses in Australia/New Zealand etc (Royal Mail World Zone 2), we use Royal Mail International service.  For parcels up to 100g the cost is £6.95 and to 200g the cost is £8.95.   

For other delivery addresses (Royal Mail Zone 1), we again use Royal Mail International service.  For parcels up to 100g the cost is £5.95 and to 200g the cost is £7.95.
